Communities
An AIGA affinity group is a community of like-minded AIGA members, focusing on one subject in-depth as a means to offer support, information and a forum for discussion. Three communities are currently organized within AIGA membership: Cross-cultural Design, Design Educators, and Sustainable Design.
Cross-Cultural Design
The AIGA Center for Cross-cultural Design seeks to help designers navigate the new global economy by providing resources and support on the issues of cross-cultural communications and design's role in addressing them.
Design Educators
The AIGA Design Educators affinity group supports design educators in a variety of institutional settings through events, conferences, surveys, research, and a host of initiatives.
Sustainable Design
The AIGA Center for Sustainable Design is dedicated to providing designers with practical information regarding sustainable business practice.
